  • Can parents see security camera footage?
From the viewpoint of personal information protection, security camera footage can only be checked at the Twittermon PC installed at the school or at the Twittermon administration office. Even if the police request the provision of images, data cannot be extracted from the equipment installed at the school. Information may be provided by the secretariat after submitting the necessary documents from the police station.
  • What is the difference between paid and free members?
For free members, the data of the arrival and departure time when passing through the school gate will be recorded on the school PC and the secretariat, but the arrival and departure email will not be sent, so it cannot be confirmed. If you become a paying member, you will be sent an e-mail with the time you arrive and leave school, and you can check your past records on the app or mobile site. In addition, free members can basically register only one email address, but if you become a paid member, you can register up to 6 email addresses, so you can share contact emails from the school with your family.
  • How do we manage personal information?
We manage information thoroughly and strictly manage information. The data center is managed by an information security management ISO27001-certified company, and strict information management is performed based on the security policy. In addition, it is managed in a highly secure installation environment in server and network device management, with thorough entrance/exit management and room entry/exit management.

(Limited to emails sent via the Tsuitamon system.) When using paid services, the paid plan (commuting to and from school email) is 440 yen (tax included) / Anshin Damon plan (compensation for discarding IC tags) is available for 550 yen (tax included). *Prices for paid plans may vary depending on the region. • Are radio waves harmful to the human body?
We give full consideration to health when transmitting radio waves. The radio wave output is an order of magnitude lower than the PHS used in hospitals, and it has been verified that it does not affect pacemakers. Please check this out for details.
  • What should I do with the IC tag if I want to graduate or withdraw from the membership?
The IC tag is a rental item, so please return the IC tag to the school when you graduate. No special procedures are required as long as you return them to the school. However, if you wish to change schools or withdraw in the middle, please contact the secretariat from the "Inquiries by email" on the website.
  • Need a battery change?
Depending on the type of IC tag, it may be necessary to replace the battery. When it is time to replace the batteries, new batteries will be distributed through the school. If there is a risk that the battery may run out before the secretariat distributes it, there is no problem in replacing it with a commercially available battery. Battery used: CR2032H
  • Will the IC tag be delivered to my home?
    Basically, we deliver to schools.
  • I lost my IC tag.
Please contact us from "Email Inquiries" on our website. In addition, you need to pay the price of 2,200 yen (tax included) for the IC tag as it is a rental item. • I want the lower child to have the IC tag of the upper child.
Since the IC tag is registered one by one, the IC tag can no longer be used when the older child graduates. If your younger child also needs an IC tag, please add for your younger child. Please apply.
  • I haven't received my arrival/departure email.
①We have a trial period of about one month after IC tag distribution (until the end of the tag distribution month). If you do not apply for a paid plan after the trial period ends, the delivery of school commute emails will stop after the trial period ends. If you wish to apply, please refer to paid service application on the website. to apply. ②Is there a difference in the email address? You can check the address on the Tsuitamon mobile site or the Tsuitamon app. If you have not received an email yet, please check if the address is correct. *The initial password is the last 4 digits of your landline or mobile phone number. (3) Due to changes in mobile company security policies, emails may suddenly stop being delivered even if emails have been delivered. Even if you do not have a spam filter set up, please register the email address of Tsuitamon in the reception permission list as it may be rejected by the mobile phone company. In some cases, it may not be delivered and the transit history may not be obtained. Therefore, we recommend that you attach it to the outside of your bag. In addition, if you pass by car or there is a car nearby, the radio waves may be blocked and you may not be able to record your passage history. ⑤ Due to the specifications of the system installed in the school, some tags require battery replacement depending on the type. If the IC tag has a positive screw hole, the battery needs to be replaced once a year. Batteries are distributed through the school when it is time to replace them, but have you finished replacing them? If not, please replace the battery. In addition, there are individual differences in batteries, and they may run out faster than usual. In that case, please contact the secretariat and we will send you a new battery. Note that batteries with star-shaped screw holes do not need to be replaced and can be used as they are until graduation. ⑥Have you passed through the school gate (or entrance) where the Tsuitamon system is installed?
